Shipping & Receiving

Goods to be shipped will be properly labeled with shipping labels with origin and destination stations shown in barcode form. Shipper ID and receiver ID, in barcode form will also be displayed in the label. Text information of names and address are incorporated to help for visual inspection or identification purposes. Carton number and total carton count will also be shown in barcode form for easier item checking against shipping order list.

Goods loaded into the truck or a container will all be scanned to log in every carton to ensure nothing been missing. Receiving team will verify if the goods by scanning all carton labels to match the contents in the receiving order.
