When any product is found empty on the shelf, the store will need to pick it from the inventory and refill the empty shelf with the product ASAP.

It takes an Argox mobile computer with the inventory database loaded. The floor agent scans the shelf product barcode to retrieve the storage location and inventory quantity information of the product.

The floor agent will go to the inventory location ( following the aisle and shelf location instruction shown on the mobile computer screen ) to pick up this product. By entering the quantity picked, the inventory database will be updated automatically to save extra paperwork and enhance the efficiency.

These products just picked from the inventory will then be moved to the store shelf to refill the empty space to serve the customers who are looking for it.
