恭喜2022年三行提報(TEIHO)得獎同仁

2022年下半年度三行提報(TEIHO)得獎者名單出爐！本年度共兩位同仁得獎，財務部門的許敏瑩贏得半年度積分最高獎(2022年10月~2023年3月)，品保部門的彭學淵贏得2H Global TEIHO優勝獎。兩位得獎者在2023年11月朝會中，由總經理頒發獎牌及獎品。恭喜兩位得獎者！

TEIHO為日文「提報」二字的發音，是由SATO集團創始人-佐藤陽先生發起的一項發言制度系統，這項制度讓每一位員工都有機會對公司的領導階層直接地提出個人的想法與提案。ARGOX承襲日本母公司SATO Group的這項特有制度，我們鼓勵員工自主獨立思考，共同為公司經營決策提出建設性的意見，讓ARGOX成為不斷進化且能永續經營的企業！
