My PC now was upgraded from WinXP to Win10. Why my PT-60 Series/PA-60 Series/PT-90 Series can’t connect to Win8/Win10?

You are able to upgrade firmware to successfully connect to Win8 and Win10.
Once firmware is upgraded, then the USB driver is no need to be installed.
However due to hardware and firmware compatibility issue, please collect your terminal’s system information as following photo then contact Argox Technical Support Team (http://www.argox.com/argox/contact/) for obtaining the proper firmware.
