| In February, Argox was fortunate to have two of our best partners from Turkey, Bilkur and Perkon, visit our main office to discuss how Argox can support their growing businesses.

| Retail Solutions World Asia 2008, Singapore (Booth 4C01) |

| Argox is participating at the Retail Solutions World Asia 2008 in Singapore, April 9~11, 2008. This annual event offers a Southeast Asian showcase for the latest products and solutions in retail technology. Please note that the show closes at 3:30pm on April 11.
Argox will host our first expanded distributor conference where will discuss the features and benefits of Argox's cost-effective, high-performance products. We will be showing our current product line and demo the latest Argox products including our new OS-214 plus, X-1000v, X-2000v, and F1 label printers, as well as the AS-8120 imager, and the PT-80 portable data collector.
We look forward to meeting with our partners from around the region. Invited customers that contact us before March 27th to schedule a meeting will receive a free AS-8000 Cordless Imager at the show. If you are in Singapore, please stop by our booth and say hello.

| New Staff and Promotions |

| Eric Lin is our new Vice President, Barcode Device Business Unit. Eric has recently returned to Taiwan from Ontario, California, U.S.A. He comes to Argox from the photo and card printer field.
Another newcomer is Nelson Shin, who is now our America Manager, Barcode Device Division Unit. Nelson has joined us from the digital photo frame and DVD player field.
David Tai, our former Asia Pacific sales manager, has been promoted to general manager of the Argox office in Shanghai, and will have responsibility for Argox operations in China.
Zoe Cheng has been promoted from sales manager to Asia Pacific sales manager. She will be leading our team to the Retail Solutions Show in Singapore.
