| At the October's Invex show in the Czech Republic we met with many customers from countries around the region. The show was five days long and it gave us a chance to get to know some of our customers. Our Czech distributors are doing well and some have doubled their growth in the past two or three years. There were also many Russian and Polish customers that we had an opportunity to talk with. We were especially moved by a customer from Romania who drove 20 hours to meet us for the show. Our sales team looks forward to following up on our meetings at Invex and we look forward to going again next year. |

| Ukraine and Germany |

|
| After Invex the Argox team traveled to visit several customers in Germany and in the Ukraine. In Germany we met with old customers for technical training and met with new customers to introduce our products. One of the new customers had heard about us four years ago and we finally had a chance to introduce ourselves.
It takes time to apply for a visa to visit the Ukraine, but we were glad to go. The customer we planned to see was ICS Mark who we've done business with since 2001. Their company is a very successful distributor in the Ukraine, established in 1991 with 150 employees. They have many commercial channels and represent or are authorized service centers for companies such as Zebra, Citizen, Symbol and Metrologic. After six years we finally paid them a visit for technical discussions and product updates. They were impressed by our growth over the past several years and liked our scanners, which caught their attention for price and performance. Our sales team had a nice visit and were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the people in the Ukraine. We hope to visit the Ukraine and Germany again soon.

| Pernix at SMAU 2007 |

| Here are some photos from Pernix, our partner in Italy, of their October show at SMAU, the 44th International Exhibition of Information & Communications Technology in Milan. Their slogan for the show was “Argox and Pernix always in a pole position” and there was a lot of effort put into their booth design. There were many inquiries about Argox products, especially customers who were asking about the PT-80 and WiFi. Thank you Pernix for making SMAU 2007 a big success! |
