The first stop was Istanbul where our team visited customers to introduce new Argox products and ask for input on our next generation of printers. In Turkey our distributors have been especially successful at promoting Argox products. Our small printers not only hold over an 85% market share, but retailers are also refusing other brands. Next, our team flew to Prague in the Czech Republic. A special river cruise sales seminar had been arranged by our partner Codeware for May 31st. It was a great idea, and the four-hour cruise aboard the yacht was beautiful. There were 200 people on the boat, including 43 distributors from around the Czech Republic. The first part of the cruise was Argox product introductions and demos, including the new PT-80 personal data terminal, and the AS-8510 cordless imager. After that everyone enjoyed lunch with cocktails and a river tour of Prague. VP Perry Ho had an especially good time, though he kept hearing music from the movie Titanic. The cruise was a great success and 13 distributors placed orders on site. Argox wishes to thank Codeware for creating such an enjoyable experience for everyone.
