| Argox has just launched its latest scanner: the AS-8510 long range cordless imager. This high performance imager uses a rapid scan rate of 450 scans/sec and superior depth of field of up to 40-inches on 40-mil codes. Argox's unique wireless communication technology and a long-lasting Li-ion battery pack give the AS-8510 added mobility for bar code scanning with a range of up to 10-meters. Outstanding durability with an IP42 sealing rating makes this scanner ideal for a variety of applications, such as manufacturing, retail, warehouses, shipping/receiving, supermarkets, and business offices. | Retail Solutions World Asia 2007, Singapore |

| Retail Solutions World held April 25~27 in Singapore is the biggest retail show for manufacturers in Asia. Compared with similar shows in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur, this show attracts the most visitors from countries around the region. For Argox it is always a worthwhile show to attend, saving us time and resources as we visit with old friends and new. Many of our customers have been with us for over five years. Singapore is a great place to meet for business since it is safe, offers good weather, food, and accommodations, and a visa is not required.
This year, in addition to our line of desktop printers, scanners, and portable data terminals, Argox demoed several new products, including the AS-8510 long range cordless imager and the PT-80 and PT-18 portable data terminals.
The new AS-8510 is a wireless scanner that offers high performance imaging and industrial durability. During our demonstrations it won the praise of many of our visitors. The on-site demos included using the AS-8150 to sweep a list of bar codes from a distance of 3 to 4 meters. Even though its red light was virtually undetectable, the AS-8510 could still read the list, which made a deep impression on observers.
The two new portable data terminals demoed were the PT-80, which features the WinCE interface and a color touch panel, and the PT-18, which uses infrared to communicate with other devices. The PT-80's high performance was clearly evident during the demonstrations and our sales team was soon responding to price inquiries. The PT-18 is an upgrade from our popular PT-12, featuring more memory as well as an infrared interface.
In Singapore we were fortunate to have the support of our local distributor, who helped us set up and run our booth. They also arranged meetings with end-users so we could observe applications for Argox products. This time we met with a maker of special bags used for donating blood. Our X-3000+ printers were used to print accurate and durable labels for bags that are stretched and exposed to low temperatures.
The Singapore show was a success and we had a chance to meet with many friends. We plan to participate again next year, and perhaps we'll see you there.

| Road Show - Russia and Poland |

|
| At the end of April the Argox sales team traveled to Russia and Poland for sales seminars and new product demonstrations. While in Russia they traveled to Moscow as well as Perm, Siberia. At the seminars in Perm the team asked if the audience had heard of Argox, and were surprised to hear “Yes.” But then the audience was surprised to hear that Argox also is the OEM source for many popular brands. Another nice surprise was that the resellers placed orders at the conclusion of the seminar.
In Poland the Argox sales team demonstrated new products including the AS-8510 long range cordless imager, and the PT-80 and PT-18 portable data terminals. Distributors in Poland greeted the new products with enthusiasm, saying the products provided the right mix of features, performance, and cost leadership. With great responses in both Russia and Poland, our team is already planning a return trip in October for more seminars and demonstrations.
