| For pure cost/performance the AS-8000 scanner is tough to beat. Argox Road Show, Russia and Eastern Europe |

| Argox exhibited at the Labelexpo show in Moscow in mid-April. This was just two months after we participated in the Stalls & Trading Show, also in Moscow. Needless to say our bright orange booth was a standout at both shows and we're beginning to make an impression. After three years of exhibiting in Russia we have established a sales network of several distributors. In addition to demonstrating our line of products, we introduced our newest scanner, the AS-8000. It earned an outstanding response. Before leaving Moscow our sales team received two large orders and an inquiry for another.
After the show our sales team visited four other countries, including Poland, Russia, Hungary, and Croatia. We discovered that Argox has developed a positive image among dealers in the Eastern European countries and we're becoming a well known brand there. In Poland we received an order for our new AS-8000 scanners plus our portable data collectors. In Hungary, we demoed our scanners and portable data collectors to a distributor of our barcode printers. They were impressed with the capabilities and functions available and will add these products to their next order. A distributor in Croatia will also soon place an order.
This is the fourth time that our sales representative Ting Ting has traveled to Eastern Europe. The previous visits were mostly spent introducing products. But this time, after meeting with 19 dealers and distributors in five countries, Ting Ting is glad to finally return with substantial orders. Argox's effort to become a brand known for quality and value in this great potential market is just beginning to show results.

| In mid-April Argox sales and technical support engineers visited Singapore and the Malaysian cities of Penang and Kuala Lumpur. In five days we visited eight dealers and distributors and provided technical training as well as introduced the new AS-8000 scanner. Argox strives to meet face-to-face with all major distributors at least once or twice a year. This year the Singapore retail exhibition, a biannual event, was not held, so we decided it was a good time to make a special trip.
For technical training we discussed key issues, including technical support. We also gave a live demonstration of our new AS-8000 scanner, and left demo units for first-hand evaluation. Our dealers and distributors were very excited about this new scanner and we heard lots of positive feedback. We look forward to our next trip to S.E. Asia later this year.
